Your Role:

• Handle WhatsApp, calls, and walk-in inquiries

• Guide leads to the right course

• Follow up and convert leads to enrollments

• Work with the team to improve campaigns

We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills (English; Malay/Mandarin a bonus)

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Tech-savvy & willing to learn

• Friendly, proactive & goal-oriented
