Termination & Withdrawal
At NOVA Academy KL, we are committed to supporting every student through their learning journey. However, there are circumstances under which enrolment may be ended — either at the student's request or by the academy.
Voluntary Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from your course, you must notify NOVA Academy KL in writing at least 30 days in advance.
The deposit paid upon enrolment will be applied to cover the final 30-day notice period and is non-refundable. No additional payments will be required for this period.
Termination by NOVA Academy
NOVA Academy KL reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment — failure to settle outstanding fees after the deposit has been exhausted
- Attendance — failure to meet the minimum 80% attendance requirement after two formal warnings and an unsuccessful knowledge assessment
- Conduct — behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or violates the academy's code of conduct, whether in-person or online
In all cases, the student will be formally notified prior to termination being enacted, except where immediate action is required due to serious misconduct.
Re-enrolment
Students who have withdrawn or been terminated from a course are not eligible to re-enrol at NOVA Academy KL.
Questions
If you have any concerns about your enrolment status, we strongly encourage you to contact our team as early as possible. Many situations can be resolved before formal action becomes necessary.
