Replacement Classes
Our replacement class policy differs depending on the programme your child or you are enrolled in.
For Adult Students
Adult courses do not include replacement classes. However, all sessions are recorded, and recordings are made available to students after each class. This means that even if you miss a session, you can review the full lesson at your own pace before the next class.
We encourage adult students to keep up with recordings promptly to avoid falling behind.
For Children (Junior Computer Academy & First Step)
If your child misses a class, a replacement session can be arranged under the following conditions:
- Replacement classes are half the duration of a regular class
- Sessions are conducted in small groups of up to 8 students
- Available slots are shared with parents via a dedicated Google Sheet, updated regularly — simply choose a slot that works for your schedule and confirm with our team
We recommend booking a replacement slot as soon as possible after a missed class, as availability is limited.
Please note that replacement classes are a supplement, not a substitute for regular attendance. Students are still expected to meet the 80% attendance requirement regardless of replacements attended.
