Payments & Fees
At NOVA Academy KL, we aim to make the payment process as straightforward as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about payment schedules, due dates, and what happens if a payment is missed.
Payment Schedule
Students enrolling for the August or October intake will receive a full payment schedule at the start of the academic year. This schedule outlines all payment due dates for the duration of the course, allowing you to plan ahead.
Students joining mid-year will receive a monthly invoice for each upcoming month of study.
Payment Due Date
All payments are due 3 days before the date indicated on your payment schedule or invoice. Please ensure payment is made on time to avoid any disruption to your studies.
Deposit
Upon enrolment, all students are required to pay a deposit equivalent to one month's course fee. This deposit serves as a security reserve and is held for the duration of your studies.
Missed or Late Payments
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, please be aware of the following:
- If a payment is missed, the student will not be permitted to attend classes until the outstanding amount is settled.
- The deposit will be used to cover the missed payment, allowing the student to continue attending classes while the situation is resolved.
- Once the deposit has been used, it must be topped up to restore the full one-month reserve.
- If no deposit is held and a payment is missed, the student will be automatically withdrawn from the course.
We strongly encourage students and parents to contact us as early as possible if a payment difficulty is anticipated. Our team will do our best to find a solution before any action is taken.
